Christopher McFarland of Anchor Cleveland, represented the seller, in the sale of this 30,222 SF building situated on 3.41 AC located at 160 Rothrock Loop, Copley Township, Ohio 44321. An Urban Air franchisee, the buyer, was represented by Tori Nook, Principal and Matt Wilson, Executive Vice President of Development in this transaction. This closing marks Chris’s second recent disposition in this immediate area having represented Gordon Food Services in selling the neighboring property to Planet Fitness consisting of a 16,000 SF building.
