Coronavirus: Why are some restaurants thriving, others struggling?

Even after Gov. Mike DeWine’s order to close restaurant dining rooms in March was lifted last month, many are still experiencing a steep drop in sales, and some might not survive.

Andes Bar and Grill Downtown will close unless business picks up, owner Jorge Nisthauz said.

“We’re going to give it until June or July,” he said. “If it still doesn’t look any good, it doesn’t make sense to stay open.”
