New ‘clean-eating’ restaurant to open at Cornerstone of Centerville

Tori Nook, Principal, represented Dollar Tree Stores on their lease at 1663 Havemann Rd., Celina, OH 45822, which is now open. Tori exclusively represents Dollar Tree Stores in Northern Ohio where they are actively seeking sites. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., Inc. operates 14,835 stores throughout the U.S and Canada.
It’s the Chipotle of healthy and quick foods. A fast-casual restaurant offering “clean-eating” options is set to open in Centerville. CoreLife Eatery has signed a lease for a 3,600-square-foot space at The Cornerstone of Centerville development. The freestanding restaurant will be located on Wilmington Pike, adjacent to Costco and Shoppes III at Cornerstone.
The restaurant is set to open sometime in the fall, and will feature an outdoor patio area. Oberer Realty Services expects construction to begin once all permits are secured from the city.
