Ohio awards $12 million in tax credits to preserve historic buildings in Northeast Ohio
Ohio’s private economic development organization has awarded nearly $12 million in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits to rehabilitate eight building projects in Northeast Ohio, most of them in Cleveland.
Statewide, the Ohio Development Services Agency awarded more than $31 million in historic preservation tax credits for the rehabilitation of 40 buildings. The projects are expected to leverage about $347 million in private investments in nine communities.
