Parma Heights announces Speedway returning to Pearl Road and West 130th Street intersection
Greg Guyuron and Christopher McFarland are grateful to have worked on this transaction on behalf of Speedway! Economic development is taking place at the southeast intersection of Pearl Road and West 130th Street.
While it’s not the highly-anticipated redevelopment of the 33-acre former Cornerstone property, the city welcomes a Speedway gas station back to the exact same location it occupied for decades before being demolished roughly a decade ago.
“Speedway was preliminarily approved recently by the Planning Commission with their site plans,” Parma Heights Economic Development Director Joe Sebes said. “I believe there are some variances, but there won’t be any issues with it. They just have to follow the city’s planning procedures.
