The Power of Five – March 2019

For March, our team meeting was with Patrick Sirpilla, Director of Leasing at Deville Development. Deville Development is one of Anchor Cleveland’s long-standing clients, having worked on many deals together over the years. Patrick shared his answers to Tori Nook, Anchor Cleveland’s co-founders’ five questions regarding what drives him to succeed every day. Anchor Cleveland calls these answers the “Power of 5.”

Patrick listed his “Power of 5” as involving the five outstanding qualities in both business and in everyday life. Persistence, Honesty, Hardwork, and Humanity. Adding that his fifth and final power would be remembering to “also be someone of significance in his personal life, as well as being successful in his everyday life.”
