Tori Nook
Founder/CEO
With twenty-six (26) years of experience representing national retailers, restaurants, landlords, and developers, Tori excels in tenant representation, strategic planning, and site packaging. She has closed over $1Billion in deals and has built long-term relationships with clients such as AutoZone, Academy Sports, Dollar General, Signet Jewelers, PetSmart, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Urban Air, Skechers, Sweetgreen, and Lands’ End.
A graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business, Tori has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a Top 40 Under 40, a Notable Woman in Real Estate, and a Notable Leader in Commercial Real Estate. Her honors also include TRADEWIRE Columbus’ #1 Tenant Rep Broker, CREi Summit Top Woman Influencer, GlobeSt’s 2026 Woman of Influence, CREi Summit #21 LinkedIn Influencer, and induction into the RE Journals Midwest CRE Hall of Fame. Licensed in Ohio, she leads offices in Cleveland and Columbus and serves on the boards of Providence House and Realty Resources Network.
