Greg is an industry veteran of fifteen years, during which time he has established himself as a national top tenant rep-specialist, representing some of the country’s top restaurants and retailers. In addition, Greg has worked with many of the premier developers and landlords to pre-lease and lease prime retail projects throughout Ohio.

Greg is known for his excellent relationships, and ability to understand his clients and their customers. He has a detailed and analytical approach to creating and implementing development strategies and his unwavering loyalty to his clients.

Greg successfully represents the following clients: Bibibop Asian Grill, Vio Med Spa, Speedway Gas Station, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Versona, Charley’s Philly Steaks/Charley’s Grilled Subs, Big Blue Swim School, Heartland Dental, Optima Dermatology, Planet Sub, and Great Clips. 

Greg also represents Shopper’s World on their national rollout. Greg graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BA in business and a concentration in finance.
