In an increasingly interconnected world, Anchor Cleveland meets with developers, landlords, leasing agents, bankers, attorneys, lenders and other influencers who generously give their time to discuss their properties, businesses, and future opportunities with us at our weekly meetings.

Starting this month, Anchor Cleveland will begin profiling these individuals to share their thoughts on commercial real estate and business in general.

Our first guest to our team meeting was David Budge, Assistant Vice President of WXZ Development, Inc. He graciously shared his candid and honest answers to Tori Nook, co-founders’ five questions regarding what drives them to succeed every day. Anchor Cleveland calls these answers the “Power of 5.”
