Matt Wilson is a 35-year veteran of the real estate business, and has been involved with well over 1,000 lease and sale transactions, including over 300 anchor tenant deals greater than 10,000 SF in size. Over the last two (2) years, Matt has leased over 500,000 SF of retail space. He has successfully negotiated transactions with many national retailers, including Meijer, Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Best Buy, PetSmart, Cabela’s, TJ Maxx, Kroger, Marc’s, Regal Cinemas, and Trader Joe’s. Matt has been instrumental in the development, redevelopment, and leasing of over 20 million square feet of retail space in a 22-state region. Matt has been a member of ICSC for over 30 years, having served on numerous state and regional advisory committees. He also has significant investment experience, and has closed deals from $500,000 to $45,000,000.

 

Matt’s current retail assignments include expanding Meijer, Urban Air, AutoZone, Ace Hardware, and Shoe Show throughout Northern Ohio. Additionally, he exclusively represents landlords such as Industrial Realty Group, Fairmount Properties, Redstone Investments, and Pride One Construction in their leasing. Matt also actively works land assemblages of up to several hundred acres for various developers and retail clients.
