For October, our team meeting was with Anthony Cocca, Chief Executive Officer of Cocca Development. Mr.Cocca serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer as well as the founder, forming his company in 1999. Cocca Development manages a unique combination of commercial and residential properties making them an ideal partner for Anchor Cleveland in multiple deals over the years.
