Tori Nook
CEO/Founder
Tori exclusively represents national and regional retailers and restaurants such as: Popshelf/Dollar General, Academy Sports, AutoZone, Signet Jewelers, PetsMart, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Covelli Enterprises dba O’Charley’s Restaurants, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Urban Air, SKECHERS, Sweetgreen, and Lands End.
Tori is a proud graduate of John Carroll University Boler School of Business (B.S.B.A in Marketing). Tori was recognized as a part of the Crain’s Cleveland Business “Top 40 under 40” in 2017, and their “Source Lunch” in 2018, and nominated as “Notable Leader in Commercial Real Estate in Northeastern Ohio” in 2023. In 2021, Tori was awarded “The Mother of The Bread” award by Panera Bread for securing the largest number of sites nationally for them over the years, and in 2024 was named #1 Tenant Rep broker in Columbus, Ohio by TRADEWIRE Columbus. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio with offices in Cleveland since 2016 and recently opened an office in Columbus, Ohio in 2023. Tori’s company, Anchor Retail, became a member of Realty Resources Network, Inc. for Northern Ohio in 2023 in which she is on the Membership Board. Tori is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Outside of work, she serves on the board of Providence House, a crisis nursery in Cleveland, Ohio since 2018.
