Tori Nook
Founder/CEO
With twenty-six (26) years of experience representing national retailers, restaurants, landlords, and developers, Tori excels in tenant representation, strategic planning, and site packaging. She has closed over $1Billion in deals and has built long-term relationships with clients such as AutoZone, Academy Sports, Dollar General, Signet Jewelers, PetSmart, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Urban Air, Skechers, Sweetgreen, and Lands’ End.
Tori is a graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business. She has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a “Top 40 under 40,” Crains Notable Women in Real Estate, and a “Notable Leader in Commercial Real Estate in Northeastern Ohio by Crains Business News.” Tori was awarded “The Mother of The Bread” by Panera Bread and named the #1 Tenant Rep broker in Columbus, Ohio, by TRADEWIRE Columbus. In 2025, Tori was voted a “Top Woman Influencer” by CREi Summit, #48 LinkedIn Influencer, and awarded GlobeSt 2025 Woman of Influence in Broker-Tenant Representation. Licensed in Ohio, Tori operates offices in Cleveland and Columbus. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Providence House, a crisis nursery in Cleveland, and the Realty Resources Network membership board.
