Victor Kirallah specializes in representing national

tenants and landlords in the leasing of new spaces

and in negotiating lease renewals. Collaborating

closely with developers, he identifies unique

investment opportunities. Victor offers a distinct

blend of market knowledge, financial expertise, and

an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

 

Victor joined Anchor Retail in 2018 and has since

represented eminent landlords such as Carnegie

Companies and America’s Realty. He also serves as

the representative for a diverse range of retailers

across Ohio, including 7Brew Coffee, Piada, Charleys

Philly Steaks, Orange Theory, Restore Hyper

Wellness, Cricket Wireless, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream,

Michael Symon Restaurant Group, and Barrio +Tacos

+ Tequila + Whiskey, for which he serves as the

National Broker.

 

Before his tenure at Anchor Retail, Victor

amassed over eight (8) years of experience in tax

and accounting. He worked at four (4) regional

public accounting firms, specializing in tax and

auditing services for corporations, non-profit

organizations, and high-net-worth individuals. His

expertise extends to the financial intricacies of

various sectors, including commercial real estate,

restaurants, construction, manufacturing, and trust/

estate planning. Victor’s adept negotiation skills,

transparent communication, and diligent efforts

consistently yield positive outcomes for his clients.

 

Victor earned his Bachelor of Science in Business

Administration and Accountancy from the

Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland

State University. In addition to his professional

accomplishments, Victor sits on the Executive Board

as Treasurer for the Arab Americans of Cleveland,

and a member of ICSC, and CCIM (working towards

designation)
