Victor specializes in representing both new and established retailers, including legacy brands, and has led comprehensive market rollouts for new entrants. His hands-on approach and strategic expertise have been instrumental in establishing successful retail presences for his clients. With extensive experience in franchise representation, Victor delivers tailored solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities of retail franchises, ensuring seamless expansion and long-term success.

 

Victor collaborates closely with landlords and developers to execute leasing strategies, including traditional and ground leasing, and to bring new construction projects to life. He also brings expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and a deep focus on brick-and-mortar retail. With six (6) years of brokerage experience and a background in tax and accounting, Victor combines financial insight with operational acumen to deliver results that align with his clients’ goals.

 

Victor’s commitment to excellence has earned him the trust of high-profile landlords, developers, and national retailers. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from Cleveland State University, Monte Ahuja College of Business. Victor serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board of the Arab Americans of Cleveland, is a member of ICSC, serves on the CCIM Ohio, and is working toward his CCIM designation.
